1. Improving the Quality of Training by Emphasizing on the Needs Aspect
- With the new paradigm, training activities must be able to produce training that suits the needs of the community, so before the training activities are carried out, it is necessary to assess the needs of the community in terms of training so that in practice the community can feel the results of the training carried out. In order to support the success of training policies and programs, it is deemed necessary to pay attention to the current concept of training implementation, where training for the community and transmigrants is bottom up, namely a training system based on the needs of the community.
The sequence of activities carried out is as follows:
- Identify so that training activities can be adapted to the needs of the community
- Inventory of training needs data according to the desired training needs for the community according to the location
- Preparation of training designs, both technical and non-technical, together with relevant stakeholders/agencies
- Develop a training program
- Organizing community training
- Conduct post-training evaluation
- Carry out post-training coaching
- Carry out maintenance of post-training facilities and infrastructure
2. Form a network of cooperation and partnerships with various regional governments and other institutions/agencies
- Balai pelatihan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa, Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Pekanbaru is a supporting agency in Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi carry out coordination both internally and externally with Kementerian Desa PDTT. To support the smooth running of activities, it is necessary to take steps to develop a working network and working mechanism for community training with local governments and stakeholders based on the principles of partnership and equality in the implementation of training and knowing their respective fields of work. This is implemented by coordinating with stakeholders/local government through meetings to discuss training activities and funding sources
3. Improving the Appearance and Service Quality of Training Facilities in the Context of Preparing Service Productivity Programs
